Job Summary

As a General Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store displays, and assisting with stock replenishment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards, including zoning and stocking merchandise.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, including receiving and processing shipments, and restocking shelves.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You should also have the ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods of time. A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset, but not required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position starts from $17.55 per hour. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.
