About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Akartar Janitorial Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our light duty cleaners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety and cleanliness concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
