Mechanical Equipment Assembler Job Summary:

Dual Fabrication & Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. As a Millwright Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical equipment, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment according to specifications and blueprints
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts to maintain equipment functionality
  • Supervise and lead other workers in the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
  • Fabricate parts during overhaul, maintenance, or setup as required
  • Perform routine maintenance work to prevent equipment failure
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and repair equipment

Work Environment:

  • Work in various environments, including outdoors, in all weather conditions

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment assembly and installation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • 40 hours per week, permanent position
  • Work language: English
