Mechanical Equipment Assembler Job Summary:
Dual Fabrication & Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. As a Millwright Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical equipment, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical equipment according to specifications and blueprints
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts to maintain equipment functionality
- Supervise and lead other workers in the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Fabricate parts during overhaul, maintenance, or setup as required
- Perform routine maintenance work to prevent equipment failure
- Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and repair equipment
Work Environment:
- Work in various environments, including outdoors, in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment assembly and installation
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- 40 hours per week, permanent position
- Work language: English
