Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Highlevel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and no degree, certificate or diploma required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
