This casual opportunity will allow you to perform a variety of routine laboratory, x-ray, and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards defined by respective service and accrediting bodies. You will also be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting problems as required.
The successful candidate must have successfully completed a recognized Combined Lab/X-Ray program. As a casual employee, your work requirements can vary between 0 and 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities to apply for regular employment positions within the internal recruitment job posting process.
You will work on a short-notice, on-call basis or pre-scheduled blocks of shifts to relieve leaves of absences. This position may require days, evenings, and weekends, with hours ranging from 07:00 to 15:42 to 16:30. On-call is attached to this casual opportunity.
