Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright with experience in industrial equipment and mechanical services to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large aggregate systems in our Calgary shop. If you have a strong background in industrial equipment and mechanical services, specifically with experience in the crushing and screening industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of crushing, screening, and conveying systems in the Calgary shop.
  • Provide customer support by addressing equipment issues and offering solutions during and after installations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure proper project coordination, parts management, and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
  • Upsell and recommend parts and services to clients, contributing to increased sales and revenue.
  • Operate a company vehicle for job-related duties, maintaining mileage records and conducting safety inspections.
  • Participate in training sessions with clients and internal teams to share knowledge on equipment upkeep and maintenance best practices.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring that services are completed efficiently and within financial expectations.
Requirements
  • Journeyman or Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial equipment, preferably within the mining or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with large machinery and systems, such as aggregate and mix machines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
