Job Description

Ecotech Electrical Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for assisting in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects, carrying out mechanical tests and analyses, and designing tools and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Carry out a range of mechanical tests and analyses on machines, components, and materials to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to meet the needs of our clients and internal projects.
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a technical or engineering role.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
