About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join the KIMEL FAMILY team. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities, such as games, outings, and educational programs, to stimulate children's learning and creativity.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes rest time, playtime, and educational activities, ensuring children's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children, if necessary.
Working Conditions

The Home Childcare Provider will work in a home-based setting, providing care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, with a permanent contract.

Language

The primary language spoken in the home is English.
