Job Summary:

As a key member of Specklebelly's team, the Mixology Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons. This role requires a strong passion for mixology and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Cleaning and maintaining the bar area and glassware
  • Serving food and snacks to customers
  • Cleaning and maintaining the draft beer system
  • Supervising food and beverage servers and other staff
  • Providing recommendations on drink selections
  • Scheduling staff and managing inventory
  • Operating the cash register and handling customer payments
  • Storing and managing beverage and food products
  • Ordering bar stock and maintaining inventory control
  • Preparing mixed drinks, wine, and other beverages

Requirements:



  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • English language required
