**Job Summary**
Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our electrical systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical devices and systems to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of electrical contacts and circuit boards to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the upgrade and replacement of outdated wiring and electrical devices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Must be a licensed electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and problem-solve complex electrical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong mathematics skills, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
