Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary for this position: $**45,000 - 60,000 per year**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of food preparation and service staff, fostering a positive work environment, and adhering to the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food order summaries and staff performance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role demands a fast-paced work environment with frequent interactions with customers, staff, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be able to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and maintain attention to detail while working under pressure.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar position. You should also be willing to relocate for this position and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
