About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation and CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for establishing marketing automation schedules for clients across various industries, conducting client onboarding calls, setting up marketing and sales automation systems, and implementing CRM blueprints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with clients to establish marketing automation schedules and goals
  • Set up and manage marketing automation systems, including dashboard reporting, custom data property form fields, and clean-up
  • Plan and implement CRM blueprints, customer/prospect journeys, and communication cadences
  • Present blueprints to clients for revisions and approvals
  • Analyze and report on analytical findings, tracking leads and revenue on marketing channels
  • Perform optimizations to automation workflows and communication sequences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of department processes and procedures
  • Manage and provide monthly reports to clients
  • Ensure confidentiality protocols are followed when working with sensitive client data
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, and email automation/CRM tools
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound marketing, landing pages, and conversion tracking
  • Experience in design and image creation
  • The ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency in Apple and Google Drive environments
