Company Overview:CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Analyst III to join their team in Kitimat, BC. This 11-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and develop your technical expertise.
About the Role:This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a ability to provide exceptional support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Suite, and network connectivity. Strong troubleshooting skills, remote support experience, and stakeholder management are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with support and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and manage account requests.
- Troubleshoot problems with technical- and request-related issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage account requests and configuration, working with remote teams supporting active directory.
- Assist with installation and troubleshooting of standard end-user computing equipment.
- Support corporate software, including Microsoft365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Facilitate issues with Smart Cards and help users with collaboration tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will be based in Kitimat, BC, and will be required to work on-site for the duration of the contract. A flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate user-impacting changes.
Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
