Job Title: RAP/UI5 Developer - Technical Specialist

As a RAP/UI5 Developer - Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for building applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model. You will work with our HR Applications team to develop new reports and interfaces on the ABAP Environment in the SAP BTP based on RAP, and explore all other services of BTP to build robust applications.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies, experience in RAP programming, and the ability to learn any newer technology. You will be a vital part of our team, working collaboratively with our key partners to design solutions for HR business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build reports using restful application programming, including building new UI and processing frameworks.
  2. Optimize application performance to process large data with quality checks.
  3. Translate business demands into development solutions.
  4. Explore new technologies and improve existing solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Master's or similar degree in computer science, engineering, business information technologies or related fields.
  2. 2+ years of experience in ABAP development.
  3. Experience in RAP programming.
  4. Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies.
  5. Ability to learn any newer technology.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with the HR data model.
  2. Knowledge on BTP services.
