- Évaluer et développer l'architecture actuelle et la préparation pour la mise en œuvre cloud, introduisant de nouvelles solutions et des stratégies de modernisation pour les plateformes.
- Développer les exigences de conception détaillées pour les implémentations d'architecture, optimisant les stratégies de plateforme et d'intégration pour une livraison coûteuse de systèmes distribués échelle et fiables.
- Créer des guides de livraison, des évaluations et des modèles d'architecture courants pour les projets d'architecture cloud.
- Implémenter les meilleures pratiques pour les techniques de sauvegarde et de récupération pour les applications dans GCP, Azure private cloud, en mettant l'accent sur la mise en œuvre continue, la sécurité cloud, la gouvernance, la gestion de la configuration et l'intégration continue.
- Résoudre le coût total de possession (TCO) et le retour sur investissement (ROI) pour la plateforme de données et les produits de données.
- Encourager l'adoption des meilleures pratiques DevOps pour simplifier l'implémentation et la maintenance des pipelines de données.
- Apporter des expertises en intégration d'API et en gouvernance des données pour des flux de données lisses entre les systèmes.
- Guider et former les membres junior de l'équipe, favorisant une culture de croissance et d'apprentissage.
Expérience requise
- Expérience dans le Trésor dans l'un des domaines suivants :
- Asset Liability Management, Interest Rate Risk
- Une compréhension de la valorisation et des mesures de risque. Une compréhension de la dimensionnalité des données pour différentes mesures de risque
- Planification et rapportage du capital (BCAR)
- Rapports réglementaires de liquidité (par exemple 2052a, LCR, NSFR)
- Expérience démontrée dans la conception de grands moteurs, à la fois en batch et en temps réel, servant plusieurs régions
- Expérience dans la création de solutions de reporting pour les parties prenantes
- Une compréhension de haut niveau des analyses de risque et de leur fonctionnement interne.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une compréhension solide des principes et des méthodologies de données et d'analytique.
- Expérience dans l'implémentation de services fondamentaux cloud (réseau, sécurité, compte/organisation, journalisation et suivi, gestion d'accès à l'identité, etc.).
- Familiarité avec les pratiques et les outils DevOps.
- Expérience dans le développement de logiciels en utilisant des langages tels que Java, Python, C#.
- Expérience dans la migration à grande échelle des charges de travail d'applications à partir de centres de données sur site ou colocalisés vers une plateforme cloud.
- Expérience de travail avec Azure, GCP ou AWS, et des services de calcul, de stockage, d'applications micro-service, de frameworks de plateforme sans serveur, de passerelle d'API, de CI/CD et de services cloud.
- Expérience dans l'implémentation de contrôles cloud, de sécurité, de technologies de suivi, ainsi que des expériences mains-œuvres dans l'instrumentation d'alertes basées sur les journaux agrégés et les sorties d'analytique et des services d'audit.
- Expérience avec l'infrastructure en code utilisant des outils tels que Terraform ou Cloud Formation.
- Expérience dans la gestion de charges de travail orchestrées en conteneur telles que Kubernetes/Docker.
- Expérience dans le développement de méthodologies et de pratiques DevOps, de Site Reliability et d'architecture de solutions.
