Speech-language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech-language Pathologist to join our team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital in Vernon, BC.
About the Role:
As a Speech-language Pathologist, you will work with clients and/or their caregivers to create environments that promote optimal communication and swallowing for adults requiring this care. You will contribute to the organization's quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment and intervention services for clients with communication and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology or related field
* Registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
* Experience working with adults with communication and swallowing disorders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
