Beauty Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters Park Place Mall location in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: You will have a passion for beauty products and be able to present and promote them to customers.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional guest experiences, making connections with customers and ensuring they leave happy with your recommendations.
- Sales and Targets: You will be driven to succeed, meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Teamwork and Support: You will be a team player, ready to step in and support colleagues when needed, from booking to merchandising.
- Communication Skills: You will have top-notch communication skills, known for your customer service skills and referrals.

We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed. You will have experience in customer service, sales, or retail, and be confident, flexible, and self-motivated to exceed expectations.
