Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shiv Shakti Anpurna (Pembroke)Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in all aspects of our food service operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and informing our decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 35 hours per week.
