About the Role

As a dynamic and passionate Occupational Therapist, you will join our diverse and collaborative care team at SE Health. Our team provides client-centered care to individuals in their communities, addressing their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
  • Conduct joint care planning with a focus on client-centered goals, addressing client's physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual domains
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to reach client care goals
  • Provide services to a roster of clients in the community

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants and a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
