Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet business needs
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
    • Review candidate inventories to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Employee Relations
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee development
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field
Work Environment

As a Human Resources Officer at Elements Carrier Inc., you will work in an urban area with a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work under tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
