About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team at Birchwood Veterinary Clinic. As a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and perform surgeries as needed
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our veterinary team
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to our patients and their owners
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Active veterinary license in British Columbia or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
