Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with our transportation team to schedule the delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and prepared for shipment.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately track and record all shipments, including inventory levels and delivery status.
  • Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure that all goods are stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and prepared for shipment.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Verify the accuracy of all shipments and ensure that all goods are properly stored.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Ensure that all goods are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding setting.
