Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers, providing assistance and direction to those who can benefit from our services
- Evaluate customer needs and match them to their ideal vehicle experience
- Assist customers in specifying their ideal vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Describe optional equipment, bodies, and rigging available for purchase
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive buying experience
- Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of medium-duty, heavy-duty, and severe-service trucks and trailers
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Requirements:
We're looking for an individual with experience in the trucking industry and ideally some sales experience. AMVIC licensure is required, and we're willing to invest in training the right person.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, comfortable helping customers identify their needs, and skilled in handling objections and negotiations with integrity and sincerity. A commission-based income motivates us, and we offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and profit sharing.
