About the Role

The Enterprise Marketing Automation Specialist at Sun Life is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop marketing automation programs
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns using advanced marketing automation platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Marketing
  • Strong technical foundation in databases, programming languages, and APIs
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, or Marketo
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
