About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Kubik Inc. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life by programming parts for CNC machines and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program CNC machines by interpreting approved fabrication drawings and translating 2D or 3D designs into machine-readable programs.
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for new materials, and program nesting configurations to optimize material use.
  • Support production staff to ensure client needs are met, and develop prototypes, samples, and templates as required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD/CNC programming and setup, preferably in a woodwork/millwork shop.
  • Experience in cabinetmaking is an asset, as is knowledge of Biesse software and proficiency in MasterCAM.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using basic and advanced measuring equipment.
