Key Responsibilities:- Support experienced Wealth Advisors in delivering client service and investment planning
- Develop skills in assessing client suitability for investments, guiding asset allocation, and conveying asset class details
- Prepare client meeting materials, including documentation and updates for presentation
- Manage and execute day-to-day client requests, delivering personalized service with speed and accuracy
- Navigate requirements for account documentation, system execution, and collaboration with administration support teams
- A strong client service professional with a foundation in investments and interest in sales and business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of integrity
- Great communicator with excellent presentation abilities
