Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Accurately manage inventory by counting, weighing, and sorting items, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
