We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Snow and Landscape Crew Leader at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services in Calgary, AB.
About the Role:This position is responsible for overseeing the snow removal of sidewalks and pedestrian access points for multiple commercial properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and experience operating large commercial ride-on mowers.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Additionally, they must be capable of driving a truck and trailer and able to work unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee snow removal operations for commercial properties
- Supervise a crew of up to 3 people
- Ensure site safety and enforce company policies
- Repair and maintain equipment as needed
