Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Jasbir Sandhu Daler sandhu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring the client's needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
