The Job:
We are seeking a Production Line Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will coordinate team members on the production line during shifts and ensure productive factors availability. You will support the UGP Manager in assembling a talented team and play a key role in the successful start-up and ongoing production of new products.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate team members on the production line during shifts.
  • Ensure resource availability, including packaging, semi-finished product, and raw materials.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to packaging, semi-finished product, and raw materials.
  • Prepare picking lists for raw materials and semi-finished products.
  • Support the AG in monthly inventory adjustments.
  • Ensure leftover items are returned to the warehouse at the end of the week.

Key Skills:
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an RTO/Production Supervisor. You should have knowledge of production lines and machinery, stock management, and production models. Previous experience implementing and using continuous improvement and lean tools is also essential. Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural environment and ability to direct production employees are required. Ability to troubleshoot technological problems and demonstrated team building skills are also desired.
