Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Interface Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Technical Interface Designer, you will be responsible for recreating brand assets into the game in authentic advertising animations, as well as maintaining best practices in code and art development.

Responsibilities

  • Recreate brand assets into the game in authentic advertising animations
  • Maintain best practices in code and art development
  • Collaborate with live content and art teams to explain both the art team needs and the tech constraints
  • Learn and support animations and UI work with legacy tech (Flash-based animations via ActionScript and timeline)

Requirements

  • Technical skills and ability to quickly learn new proprietary production tools and workflow
  • Adept or be able to quickly learn various Object Oriented programming languages and scripts (e.g. Javascripts, C++)
  • Familiar with scripting languages like Python
  • Proficient with Adobe Flash/Animate, Photoshop, and other graphics and animation applications
  • 1+ years of experience creating 3D motion graphics, or interfaces with game engines such as Unreal
