We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group in Lloydminster, Alberta. About the Role:

  • Assess client physical and cognitive functioning within the clinic setting, including job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Educate clients on safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities.
  • Support return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management, collaborating with the inter-professional team.
