About The Role
Under the supervision of the Director of Property, the Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of 5-8 commercial buildings and manage a staff of up to 3 Building Operators. Responsibilities include:

  1. Tenant Relations and Communication
  2. Reporting and Data Analysis
  3. Property Maintenance and Repair
  4. Contractor Management and Coordination
  5. General Leasing Activities and Strategy

What You Bring
To be successful in this position, a minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial buildings is required, along with prior experience overseeing a team of up to 5 employees. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license and full access to a vehicle are also required.

The Offer
This position offers a competitive salary range from $85,000 to $115,000, along with comprehensive benefits, vacation, and more.
