We are seeking an experienced Pastry Production Specialist to join our team at Upper Crust. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Preparation: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, and train staff on new procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
