About Our Bakery
At Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, we're on the hunt for a talented Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious pastries, bread, and other sweet treats that will delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Measure and mix ingredients to create a variety of baked goods.
- Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Use a range of kitchen tools and equipment to prepare and bake products.
- Develop and implement new recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Requirements
- Completion of a Baker/Patisserie Apprentice Program or Baking and Pastry Arts Management program.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a bakery or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of ingredients, baking equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
