About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at GJ FARMS FRESH PRODUCE LTD. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Sales Staff
    • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
    • Hire and train new sales staff or arrange for their training
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and manage inventory of merchandise
    • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team members
    • Organize and maintain inventory and sales displays
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues
    • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Organized and reliable
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
