Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our Construction and Energy team at AXA XL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and structuring tailor-made solutions for our clients, reviewing submissions and determining the degree of risk for each account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and structure tailor-made solutions for clients
  • Review submissions and determine the degree of risk for each account
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Actuarial, Claims, and Risk Engineering
  • Market to producers to secure new and renewal business
  • Support service standards in delivery of Construction and Energy products and services

Requirements

  • Extensive Construction Property and Operational Energy underwriting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced education and professional designations preferred
