Senior Pastry Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Pastry Craftsman to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norfolk County. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the creation of delicious baked goods.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with a strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations. They will also possess excellent attention to detail, creativity in food presentation, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Prepare high-quality baked goods from scratch, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed to ensure efficient production.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role.
• Degree in Bakery Arts or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
