About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Hope. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food and beverages according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register and making change.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including adhering to McDonald's sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
