As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being of our residents, assisting them with their daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating, while respecting their dignity and preferences.
- Provide support with transferring, walking, and mobility aids, as needed, to ensure safety and independence.
- Serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Engage in meaningful conversations, provide emotional support, and encourage social interaction to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability assist residents as required.
- Patience, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
