Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at THE DILL PICKLE SANDWICH BAR & CAFE. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sales Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
