Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Evaluate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory costs, and other expenses
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality and safety standards
    • Monitor and address any quality control issues
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is an asset
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
