Labour Relations Specialist

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join their team in Burnaby. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to provide guidance on labour relations matters and lead all labour relations activities as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on labour relations topics and issues.
- Participate in bargaining meetings and mediation sessions, providing support to employer bargaining committees.
- Prepare collective agreements following the conclusion of bargaining.
- Research and analyze labour relations data to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement labour relations strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Labour relations background and knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in a unionized environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
