StackTeck, a pioneer in mold building innovation for over five decades, provides high productivity tooling solutions to the injection molding industry. The company supplies a wide range of injection molds and IML automation used in applications such as caps, closures, medical devices, PET preforms, and thinwall packaging.

SUMMARY: This role assists the Account/Business Manager with technical sales, customer relationship management, and program management. Direct interaction with Customers, Sales, and Operations Teams is required to deliver clean orders into the business. Together with the Account/Business Manager, this role promotes StackTeck's values and sets the stage for delivering great customer experiences and demonstrating our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In support of the Account/Business Manager, manage program timelines, lead order confirmation meetings, and ensure necessary order information is obtained from customers.
  • Attend design reviews and ensure scope compliance, initiate customer complaints, and manage milestones, updates, test scheduling, and monitor mold tests.
  • Instigate customer delivery of materials for mold qualification, prepare checklists, organize daily agendas, and wrap up meetings for customer visits.
  • Facilitate customer approval prior to shipment, including Plastic Part Inspection (PPI) Meetings and reworks, follow up to measure Delivering Great Customer Experience (DGCE) success, and provide feedback to the business as needed.
  • Act as an ambassador for StackTeck with customers and internal parties, back up Account Managers as required, and take on additional tasks/projects as needed by the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Program, Projects, or Customer Service role in a B2B environment; preference given to candidates with experience in Injection Molding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in English or another language - oral and written.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software.
