Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Trail Appliances. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Certifications: Current or previous Forklift certification and Stand-up/Sit-down counterbalance MHE experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a climate-controlled environment, and you will be working with large items. You must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods and be comfortable with frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling of boxes throughout the warehouse.
