Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the construction process from pre-construction to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall construction management, including design, coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Prepare regular billings for owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
- Monitor and forecast project costs to ensure they align with estimates and maintain a positive cash flow.
- Submit project reports to area managers and communicate project progress and areas of risk.
- A construction-related degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in design-build or construction management delivery models.
- A working knowledge of construction scopes, activities, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
