Job Summary:

The City of Delta is seeking a highly skilled Records Management Specialist to oversee the Records Management Program and ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement records management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate access to records and ensure compliance with FOIPP Act
  • Research and prepare bylaws and reports
  • Coordinate policy and procedures and supervise subordinates

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Library Sciences or related discipline with course work in records management
  • Minimum of five years' experience with two years in Project Management and/or Supervision
  • Strong technical expertise and experience establishing change management
