Rehab First is one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, consisting of approximately 120 professional staff supported by Psychologists and Physicians on our MED_Net_ roster.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide services, including completing general and specialized assessments, developing treatment plans with clients, and delivering client treatment in clinic settings, communities, homes, or workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify physical and cognitive capacities, mobility needs, and attendant care requirements.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients with diverse injury or illness conditions, including physical, cognitive, and mental health needs.
  • Deliver treatment services in various settings, collaborating with clients and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, showcasing case progress and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring seamless collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Be registered or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO.
  • Possess a valid CPR certificate.
  • Hold a Valid Driver's Licence, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Complete a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $110,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
