About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Financing Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in providing expert mortgage credit advisory services to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop credit opportunities for our clients, working closely with advisors and financial planners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective residential financing strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with branch experts to identify and capitalize on credit opportunities
  • Apply established processes and procedures to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking credit solutions
  • Fluency in English (an asset)
