Job Title: General Manager

At Tekno Resources Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our operations and ensuring the successful implementation of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Client focus and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic security clearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 30 hours per week
  • Permanent employment with Tekno Resources Ltd
  • Language of work: English
